Important Guidelines 

Travel Considerations:
• Accommodation: Due to the remote nature of Spiti, most hotels offer basic to very basic
amenities.
• Transportation: Road conditions in the region can be challenging, and travel times are highly
dependent on road conditions and traffic congestion. Relying solely on distance for travel
planning is not recommended.
• Connectivity: Mobile services may be unreliable in some areas. Prepaid roaming and
international roaming connections are not functional in Kinnaur and Spiti. We recommend
carrying BSNL or Jio SIM cards for better connectivity.
• Payment Options: Credit cards and traveler's cheques are not widely accepted in the region.
• Cash Availability: ATMs are limited. Please carry sufficient cash for your needs.

Health:
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions: We strongly advise guests with conditions like high
blood pressure, asthma, and heart problems to consult their doctors before traveling.
• Medication: Due to limited access to pharmacies, it's crucial to bring essential medications with
you.

Accommodation: Triple sharing hotel accommodation throughout the trip.
Meals: Breakfast and dinner on all days except Day 1 (Breakfast & lunch) and Day 10 (lunch &
Dinner).

Transportation:
Private vehicle transfers from Chandigarh Airport to Shimla and return.
Rental of RE Himalayan motorbikes for the duration of the expedition.
Guide: An experienced tour guide will accompany the group throughout the expedition,
providing insights and assistance.
Support Vehicle & 2 Mechanics: A backup vehicle will follow the riders, carrying
essential spares, tools, and a mechanic in case of breakdowns.
First-Aid Kit: A first-aid kit will be available on the support vehicle for minor injuries.

Taxes: Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% is not included in the tour price and will be charged
separately.
Unspecified expenses: Any item not explicitly mentioned in the "Tour Inclusions" section is not
included in the package price.
Travel arrangements: Airfare or train tickets are not included.
Early check-in: Any charges associated with early check-in at the hotel are not included.
